RETURN

• We always keep our consumer at the first place and want to make sure that you should with full confidence know HAAT BAZZAR team are there to help.
• Change of mind – Before receiving delivery
• We allow you to cancel or modify your orders anytime before orders are dispatched for delivery. You can simply contact us and we are more than happy to help you with your changes. Please visit our Customer Service page to find different ways to contact us
• Return is valid for 1 day from the date of delivery Returns after 1 day from the delivery date will not be accepted for any type of refund or
exchange.

The return should be dropped off at the pickup point.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and received in a damaged condition and remain in original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, which include food, beverages, and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

 

2. Right of Cancellation

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within a certain period after placing it. However, please note the following conditions:


ONCE EVERYTHING IS PACKED AND READY TO BE DELIVERED YOU AGREE THE TIME AND HOURS INCASE YOU ARE NOT AT HOME OR CARELESSLY YOU DIDN’T PICKUP PHONE THEN WE CAN CHARGE YOU DELIVERY CHARGES FOR THE DELIVERY. IN SUCH CASES YOU CAN GET YOUR PRODUCTS DELIVERY NEXT TIME OR CAN CANCEL THE ORDER. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE MONEY FOR THE PRODUCTS, BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DELIVERY FEE.

On the arrival of your order, the driver will either call, write a message, or ring the bell. Our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If there is no communication from the client, the driver is allowed to leave the place and your order will be delivered in the next available time
or even cancelled and refunded (only products).

In case you decide to cancel your order and the driver is already on its way to you, you’ll get a refund for your products but not the delivery fee
Exceptions: Once food, beverages, or hygiene products have been opened or damaged, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for these items due to health and safety regulations.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item to expedite the process.

The customer has the right to choose the type of refund via a given bank account or via coupon code.
. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order within the cancellation period, please contact our customer service team at shop or through our website or mobile number. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
In case of cancelling an order after it’s prepared, the customer is obliged to bear the cost of the order.
All the refund amounts to a bank account will be sent in 7-14 working days.
All the refund amounts as coupon codes will be sent in 1-4 working days.
When delivering your orders we always try our best to get to you as soon as possible and within your chosen time frame.
Please note that force majeure events, such as traffic and weather conditions can impact our service and lead to late deliveries or even cancelations of orders.
